How do I contact customer care?
If you have any questions that are not answered on the website, please contact us at webshop@nathalieschuterman.se or call us on +46 8 611 62 07 Mon-Fri 10am-6pm. We strive to respond to your questions as soon as possible.

How do I make a purchase?
When finding an item you want to purchase, please click on the specific item. Once you have clicked on the item, you will be able to choose your size, and to to zoom in for a closer look. Add your chosen item to your shopping bag and proceed to purchase. Before checking out, you will be asked to fill in your contact information, which has to be correct to guarantee your order.

How do I know my size?
Sizes vary by designers. This webshop includes Italian, French and American sizes. Please click on “sizes” in the lower right corner to see what size that corresponds to yours if in doubt.

How do I know if an item is in stock?
Once finding an item you want to buy, click on “choose your size” and the sizes available will appear. Please note that even though an item may be in your shopping bag, it is not reserved until you check out. This means that the item can be bought by another customer while you are browsing. Please observe that as the stock is shared with that of the shop, we might not always be able to keep our webshop updated. This is particulary frequent during sale as the stock turnover is much higher.

What if an item is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, please contact us regarding what item you are interested in, and we will inform you whether it is possible to re-order. If the item is re-stocked it is possible for us to put you on a waiting list. If an item is not re-stocked, i.e. it is not possible for us to make the requested item available, we will contact you as soon as possible. Please contact us at webshop@nathalieschuterman.se.

What payment methods does Nathalie Schuterman Webshop accept?
We accept Visa, American Express and Mastercard.

Is it safe to use my credit card online at Nathalie Schuterman Webshop?
We have made the website as secure as possible. As we respect your privacy your data will no longer exist in our system when the payment is complete. All transactions are processed by DIBS, who enables secure online transactions.

We strive to keep your orders as well as payments as secure as we can, however, in case of a third party reaching unauthorized access to any customer data, we will not be held responsible for any loss on your side.

How will I know if you have recieved my order?
You will recieve an email from Nathalie Schuterman Webshop. Remember that this is not an order confirmation, but an acknowledgment that we have recieved your request.

How soon will I recieve my order?
When you have placed your order, you will recieve an acknowledgment confirming that we have recieved your order. Please note that this is not an acceptance by us. When your credit card has been approved and the recieving address verified, your order will be shipped. If an item you have requested is out of stock, you will recieve an email notifying you. Your credit card will only be charged with ordered items in stock.

Where will my order be shipped from?
All orders are shipped from Stockholm, Sweden, where Nathalie Schuterman is located.

What are the shipping costs?
Domestic shipping
The minimum domestic shipping rate is SEK125.

Shipping overseas
The minimum overseas shipping rate is SEK260.

How long will it take until my order arrives?
Domestic shipping
Normally deliveries take approximately 1-3 workdays, but we are not held responsible for delayed deliveries since we are not accountable for unexpected proceedings. Packages can be collected at your local post office. Please note that packages not collected within 14 days are returned to Nathalie Schuterman Webshop. For further information about delivery times, please visit www.posten.se.

Shipping overseas

Can I track my order?
Yes, you are able to track your order. Please contact us at webshop@nathalieschuterman.se .

Is my package insured?
All packages are insured against theft or damage. Once a package is signed for, it is no longer insured by us.

Is my personal information kept private?
We assure you that all personal information you share with us are private and confidential. No personal information is passed on to a third party. For more details, please read Nathalie Schuterman Webshop’s “Privacy Policy”.

What is your return policy?
If you wish to return an item you must do so within 14 days of your purchase from our webshop. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded since it is calculated as an extra charge. The security tag must be attached to the item and be intact. No returns are accepted without the tag. We do not accept return on items that have been used, washed, dry-cleaned, modified, or damaged in any other way. The products is to be returned in original package.

Can I exchange an item for another?
Exchanges can only be accepted if you wish to change sizes on the same item. No other changes will be accepted. If you want to exchange for another size, please email your size request to webshop@nathalieschuterman.se, and if we have it in stock, we will reserve it for you. However, you have to return the item within seven days from acceptance of your request due to the availability of sizes in stock.

Will Nathalie Schuterman Webshop have seasonal sales?
Nathalie Schuterman Webshop holds seasonal sales. You will be directly guided to the sale section simply by choosing the category “On Sale”. Please observe that as the stock is shared with that of the shop, we might not always be able to keep our webshop updated. This is particulary frequent during sale as the stock turnover is much higher.
