General terms and conditionsBy accessing as well as ordering from Nathalie Schuterman Webshop you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all agreements you reach with Nathalie Schuterman Webshop. If you do not agree with them, you may not use and access this website.
Nathalie Schuterman Webshop is designed to provide you with the best high fashion experience on the Internet. All deliveries and services shall be performed according to Nathalie Schuterman Webshop’s terms and conditions. Unless Nathalie Schuterman Webshop has expressively agreed to the validity of the terms and conditions in writing, we will not recognize any provisions of you which conflict or deviate from the terms and conditions.
All products purchased at Nathalie Schuterman Webshop are delivered with a security tag. Please note that we will not accept any return where the tag in broken. Used, washed, dry-cleaned, modified, or damaged items will not be accepted. The products must be returned in original package. Shoes must be returned in their original box and bags must be returned in their original dustbag.
Product presentation
Please note that we have made every effort to render colours accurately. However, due to the display and colour capabilities of your computer monitor, the colour and/or representation might not be exactly the same as the actual item. We cannot be responsible for the colour accuracy of your computer monitor.
We strive to present the most recent and reliable information on Nathalie Schuterman Webshop. However, there may be occasions where certain items are selected in limited items and therefore may not always be available. We may not be able to replenish the stock on our website once an item is sold. Sizes
All sizes in Nathalie Schuterman agree with the particular brand. We hold brands from Italy, France and the U.S. Due to different size systems, it is your responsibility to know your size in the different brands. Please note that we have a size chart, which explains the different sizes as well as which brands carry which size system. Therefore, in case you have ordered the wrong size due to the different size systems, we resign the responsibility for that action. However, if an item is the wrong size, you may exchange for a different size in the same item.
Prices
All prices on Nathalie Schuterman Webshop are given in SEK and include VAT. However, shipping costs are not included in the price, but calculated as an extra charge. All prices are subjected to change.
Purchases
In order to make purchases through Nathalie Schuterman Webshop, you will be requested to register, which means providing us with your personal details and contact information. When ordering items, you will be requested to provide us with your payment details. It is your responsibility to provide valid and correct information and that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.
Purchases made on Nathalie Schuterman Webshop are for the personal or gift use of the buyer only. Re-sale, commercial purposes, or any other commercial benefit is prohibited. Nathalie Schuterman Webshop reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any customer or postal address.
The contract between you and Nathalie Schuterman Webshop begins once you place an order. When placing an order at Nathalie Schuterman Webshop, we will send you an acknowledgment to your email address. Please note that you have to provide us with a valid email address in order for you to receive an electronic order confirmation. When placing an order at Nathalie Schuterman Webshop you accept the legal terms and conditions of Nathalie Schuterman Webshop.
If the item you have ordered is out of stock or does not meet our standard of quality, we will notify you by email and refund your payment within 30 days of being advised that the item has become unavailable.
We reserve the right not to accept your order if we are, for example, unable to obtain authorization for your payment. We also reserve the right to refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
Please observe that as the stock is shared with that of the shop, we might not always be able to keep our webshop updated with regards to size availability. This is particulary frequent during sale as the stock turnover is much higher.
Payment
On Nathalie Schuterman Webshop it is only possible to pay with credit card. We accept Visa, American Express, and Mastercard. The prices are given in SEK and include VAT. Please note that shipping is not included in the price displayed in the shop, but is calculated as an extra charge. The shipping cost will be included when you check out the items. You credit card will be charged once you check out the items and the electronic order confirmation is sent to you. We will process your orders once we receive a receipt of your payment.
We respect your privacy and your data will no longer exists in our system once the purchase is complete. All transactions are processed by DIBS, who enables secure online transactions.
We strive to keep your orders as well as payments as secure as we can, however, in case of a third party reaches unauthorized access to any customer data, we will not be held responsible for any loss on your side.
Delivery
We strive to deliver your purchased items as soon as possible. All orders are processed as soon as the transaction is complete. We ship all over the world. Minimum domestic shipping charges are SEK245 and overseas SEK245. When the items leave our warehouse you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If you wish to track your shipment please visit www.posten.se or email us at webshop@nathalieschuterman.se and we will assist you.
Please note that any extra taxes and duties due to the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Return and exchange
If you wish to return or exchange an item, you may return the item within 14 days from the date you received the item from Nathalie Schuterman Webshop. You will receive a full refund within thirty days from when we receive the item at Nathalie Schuterman Webshop.

Please note that we will not accept any return where the tag is broken. All items returned to Nathalie Schuterman Web shop must be returned new and unused. Used, washed, dry-cleaned, modified, or damaged items will not be accepted. The products is to be returned in original package. Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox, which should be handled with care since we regard the box as a part of the product. Bags must be returned in their original dust bag that must be intact since we regard the dust bags as parts of the product.
Please note that shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear in case you want to exchange or return them. It is important that the soles of the shoes are intact. Bathing suits and bikini bottoms should be tried on with underwear. Damaged or soiled items will not be accepted in case of return or exchange and will be returned to the customer.
Exchanges can only be accepted if you wish to change the size of the same item. No other changes will be accepted. You must return the item you wish to exchange within 14 days of the delivery of the item. If you want to exchange for another size, please email your size request to webshop@nathalieschuterman.se and if we have it in stock, we will reserve it for you.
Privacy policy
Nathalie Schuterman Webshop respects your privacy. We handle your personal information in a respectful manner. We are responsible for all personal information given to us by you, such as name, address, and other obligatory information needed when registering as well as ordering at Nathalie Schuterman Webshop. Nathalie Schuterman Webshop will not pass any of your personal information to third parties.
We use your email addresses to update you on new products in the Newsletters. The name, postal address and phone number are used when processing orders and delivering merchandise. If you have any questions regarding private policy, do not hesitate to contact us at webshop@nathalieschuterman.se.
SHIPPING AND COSTS
Shipping Domestic - POSTEN
POSTEN operates Monday to Friday for Sweden-based customers, thus we only process orders during these days. Packages can be collected at your local post office. Please note that packages not collected within 14 days are returned to Nathalie Schuterman Web shop. Normally deliveries take approximately 1-3 workdays, but we are not held responsible for delayed deliveries since we are not accountable for unexpected proceedings. The minimum domestic shipping rate is SEK 245.
Shipping Overseas - FEDEX
The lowest international shipping cost is SEK245, and it should take 4-5 business days depending on the country. However, we can not be held liable for any delays when we have no control over unexpected events during shipment. RETURN POLICY
Return and exchange
Nathalie Schuterman Web shop wishes to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 7 days from receiving it from Nathalie Schuterman Web shop. You will receive a full refund within thirty days from when we receive the item at Nathalie Schuterman Webshop. To complete a return at Nathalie Schuterman Web shop, follow these instructions.
• Write an email to webshop@nathalieschuterman.se in order to recieve a return number. The email must contain product description, size and color. Without a correct return number we cannot accept the return. The return number must clearly be indicated on the box.
• The returned item cannot be used, washed, dry-cleaned, modified, or damaged. Items that agree with the restrictions mentioned above will not be accepted.
• All purchased items at Nathalie Schuterman Webshop are delivered with a security tag. The security tag must be intact and still attached to the item. Please note that we will not accept any returns where the tag is damaged or broken.
• The product must be returned in original package. Shoes must be returned in their original box which should be intact since we regard the box as a part of the product. Bags should be returned in original dust bag which must be intact since we regard the dustbag as a part of the product.
If the required condition complies, we will refund the cost of the product. We cannot refund the original shipping costs. In case of return, you are responsible for returning the item yourself by mail and for the shipping costs of the return. In case of exchanging sizes, you are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item however we will ship the new item to you free of charge.
Exchanges are accepted only if you wish to change the size of the same item. No other exchanges, such as exchange for another item, will be accepted. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item and recieve a refund. If you want to exchange an item for another size, please email your size request to webshop@nathalieschuterman.se, and if we have it in stock, we will reserve it for you. You have to return the item within 14 days from acceptance of your request due to the availability of sizes in stock.
SIZES

We are not held responsible for any mistakes done when ordering your size in the different brands. You assume full responsibility for chosing your size with the help from our size chart. Please note that if you happened to choose the wrong size or the item does not fit you, you are able to change size, however only of the same item.
